La Porte Auto Repair

We had an issue with our truck and could not figure out what it was. We took it to La Car Porte for diagnostics. They repaired what was believed to be the problem, but found another issue that was undetectable prior to the first repair. Turns out our vehicle had issues that could not be repaired by the services offered at La Car Porte, so they removed any replaced parts and did not charge a dime. Through the whole process, they were very clear and concise with their explanations and did not proceed with any work without approval. A very refreshing experience.
