I was completely satisfied with my experiences at La Car Porte. I've used them many times with problems as vague as "it runs rough' to "service engine soon light is on." They give you an estimate before they start work, and completely road test the vehicle afterwards.

I was told by a 'quickie' oil change place that I needed a flush service with my oil change (I did not do it at that time). I took my truck to LaCar Porte for some minor maintenance (including oil change) and mentioned the flush recommendation and also asked them to see if I needed transmission service (I couldn't remember last time i had that done). LaCar Porte was very honest with me and told me, not only that I didn't need the tranny service, but that they didn't recommend the 'flush' service on the oil change. I will not take my truck anywhere else from now on.
