I was reading the Google reviews and had to laugh. The owner of the shop is a very amazing, honest man I have met. Being a single mother and walking in there is a blessing. They have toys for the kids and just all around good people and service. I have heard the owner on the phone and with other customers as well. He will not work on any vehicle unless they are giving permission I have heard people get mad when they go in there about the prices. You try and find a repair shop that is honest like them. Good luck. La car PORTE will be the only place I take my cars. Also. He backs up his work and they give free state inspections away. They help out their customers the best they can. Always remember if someone, an owner of a shop, is giving you discounts. That takes away from their family. He tells you the cost before the repairs. People stop and think before you post!! A RARE Gem. I have rarely recommended an auto repair garage in my 49 years of driving, but La Car Porte is more than worthy. Michael and his ASE Master Certified mechanics are not only good and totally trust worthy but prices are also more than reasonable. I will be returning for future auto repairs and maintenance needs and recommending La Car Porte to family & friends. It is great to have such an honest and good service center right around the corner.

I wont take my car anywhere else. You wont have to. They can do it all. Whether it's oil, tires, repairs, inspection, even if you just have a question, I recommend calling La Car Porte. They are very honest. Never have to worry about being over charged. In fact, they always have coupons/discounts.
