I had opportunity to use this shop for 2 different causes in 2 days (2 cars). Personable, professional service who are reasonably priced too. Service was exceptional.

The Ford dealership was going to charge me $175 to change my oil, rotate my tires, check the alignment and properly "inspect" everything else for a 15,000 mile check-up where these guys did it all for $90. John was upfront with me about the price, offered to take me to work and pick me up when car was done. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable. I will be recommending all my single female friends to La Car Porte so they dont get ripped off like I almost did!

Richard and the staff at La Car Porte treat us as family! Tinker always greets me with a waggy tail and brightens my day! I can't say enough wonderful things about La Car Porte and recommend them to all my friends and family! One time my husband was in the hospital and I was at the hospital with my Mom, in my Mom's car, and had car trouble and I called Richard and they sent someone immediately to help us! this goes ABOVE AND BEYOND the normal duties and what makes La Car Porte the ONLY repair facility we use!Wonderful caring considerate friendly awesome marvelous astonishing admirable meticulous consistent kind cheerful comforting understanding amicable neighborly warm terrific extraordinary and the list can go on and on, however I am limited by word count. We have taken both our vehicles to La Car Porte for oil change servicing & minor checks. Received very prompt & courteous service. Service Tech recommended replacing air filters - no labor charged, just parts. Very fair pricing - no rip offs!! It appears to me that the folks at La Car Porte are striving to be good neighbors to their community.
